Being at the helm of the Email Design System project, my focus was to revolutionise customer targeting with Unibet's new tool, PEGA. The goal was to craft a flexible email design system enabling modular marketing and introducing 28 unique campaigns. PEGA's role was pivotal in cross-selling Unibet Sports customers to Unibet Casino, automating the process with hyper-targeted versioning. The aim was to deliver more relevant messages to customers while leveraging PEGA's data insights to continuously enhance creative performance.
In an engaging sprint session, individuals from various departments collaborated using the Miro platform to pool ideas. My proposed visual direction and modular approach gained unanimous agreement. Taking the lead, I steered the project forward, working closely with a UI designer to bring our vision to life. We meticulously considered every aspect – design, components, colours, fonts, codes, spacing, sizing, and more – to ensure a seamless modular approach. The positive feedback from stakeholders has been overwhelming, validating the success of this project.
