Having earned trust across the business through the redesign of the Unibet logo, I took on the challenge of refreshing the Unibet website. Given creative freedom, my objective was to transform it into a revolutionary gaming site, setting it apart from the rest. The task was not only to enhance the desktop experience but also to ensure a seamless and revolutionary mobile interface.
Building a team I could trust and collaborate with, my vision was to make the Unibet website the 'Netflix of gaming'. This approach aimed at providing a personalised experience for users, reducing customer abandonment. Prioritising the mobile-first aspect, I initiated the design process with a focus on mobile, incorporating video/animations to bring the site to life. The customer dashboard was revamped to display relevant content, enhancing user engagement. I introduced a powerful search engine, enabling users to find specific games and manage account information easily. In the effort to simplify the overwhelming nature of gaming sites, I ensured a user-friendly navigation experience. Working hands-on from wireframing in Sketch to the final prototype stage in InVision, I was deeply involved in all aspects of the project.
